The Council of the Kingdom


The Constitution of the Kingdom, issued November 17, 1860 by King Orelie Anthony, provides for the existence of a Council of the Kingdom,
whose composition and powers are settled according to Articles 16 to 25 of the said Constitution


The Council of the Kingdom is composed of the following members:

  • President : Maître Daniel Werba, appointed by Prince Antoine IV
  • Baron Raoul de Lavalette, appointed by Prince Philippe
  • Reynaldo Mariqueo, appointed by Prince Philippe
  • Maître Olivier Lévy, appointed by Prince Philippe
  • Lorenzo Pincén, appointed by Prince Philippe
  • Gaston Lion, appointed by Prince Philippe
  • Domingo Paine, appointed by Prince Philippe
  • Carlos Contreras Painemal, appointed by Prince Philippe
  • Dan Morisson, appointed by Prince Philippe
