NGO with Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations since 2013



Auspice Stella is a 1901 law association, founded in 1965 by members of the Royal House. The purpose of this association is to support the Mapuche people of Chile and Argentina and other indigenous peoples of Latin America in their struggle for fundamental rights and to ensure that the concerned countries are respecting the UN Declaration on the rights of indigenous peoples and help them in their struggle for land, for their economic and cultural rights and their autonomy and self-determination.


Under the patronage of Prince Antoine IV of Araucania and Patagonia, Honorary President, Auspice Stella is headed by the following Steering Committee:
