Commemorative Medal for the Diamond Jubilee of

Prince Philippe of Araucania and Patagonia

This medal was created to May 12, 2011 by Royal Decree of Prince Philippe in order to commemorate the 60th anniversary of his reign.

The medal is silver plated and shows in its center the portrait of Prince Philippe with the caption above: "PHILIPPE REY DE PATAGONIA Y ARAUCANIA" and below "Jubileo de Diamante"

The reverse is identical to the medal commemorating the 50th anniversary of the reign, but surrounded by a row of diamonds and the 2011 date

The ribbon is blue and bears the royal arms of Prince Philippe.

The medal was designed by the Count of Coronel, Vice-Chancellor of the Kingdom

This medal will be awarded with a patent to any person defending the royal cause and by sending a request to
